My clients pay $250 to wear a purse company’s logo on a bass boat. Then they leave them in the truck, scared to lose them. The big ‘fishing’ brands are owned by fashion groups now. Preysight is owned by real fishermen, kills the glare, I see the fish first, and if one goes overboard, it’s a lens, not a handbag.
They now belong to big European luxury and eyewear groups. That's who sets the price on your face.
“I got tired of paying logo tax on glasses I was scared to drop in the lake. So I made the ones I wanted to fish in.”
The logo. The markup. The mall rent.
Not for seeing more fish.
Polarized, UV400 and built with the same materials. Sold straight to anglers. No logo tax.
Pay for the lens. Not the logo.
Pick a spot. Drag the line. See what the glare was hiding.

Been fishing beds every spring for 20 yrs with $15 gas station shades. Put the copper ones on and saw two bucks guarding that I’d been casting right over. Kinda mad about all the years I missed honestly lol
Paul T.Hey Paul, We are happy you switched! Enjoy next trip.
Lost my Costas off the bow last summer. $230 gone in about 2 seconds. Wasn’t doing that again so I tried these. I honestly can’t tell much difference from my old pair and Preysight. And I’ve got 2 spares in the truck now so whatever
Robert W.Hello Robert, Hard loss but welcome to Preysight instead!
Blue mirror on the flats at noon is legit. Could see the reds tailing way before they spooked. Amber was better for the early run out when it was still grey. Copper lives on my hat now
Will B.Thanks Will! We appreciate the nice feedback!
Bought the 3 pack so me and my two boys each had a pair. My youngest spotted his first fish on his own and wouldn’t shut up about it the whole ride home. Worth it for that alone
Charles G.Happy you and the boys like them!
Kayak guy here. Sweating like crazy all day and these didn’t move once, even leaning over to land a fish. My old pair was always sliding down my nose. Light enough I forget I’m wearing them
Tim C.Nice to hear your experience! Wishing you a great time on the waters with your kayak.
I mostly fish before work and after dinner, never really in full sun. Didn’t think sunglasses were for me until I tried the amber. Weed edges just pop. Wish I’d known about yellow lenses years ago
Philip T.Thanks Philip! The yellow ones ready do make a difference. Enjoy!
